The following contract serves as a legal and binding agreement between IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom, and/or its affiliates and/or its drivers and/or its representatives, to be further herein referred to as IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom, GroundZoom, representative, Service, Services, customer service, agent, affiliate, our, and/or driver and the client (persons(s) actually using the service, booking the service, and/or the cardholder(s)), herein referred to as client(s), passenger(s), customer(s), you, your, and/or group(s). 


YOUR BOOKING IS CONSIDERED A QUOTE, UNFINALIZED, OR UNCONFIRMED UNTIL IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom HAS ACTUALLY RECEIVED A COMPLETED COPY OF THIS CONTRACT AND A CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZAITON FORM. YOUR BOOKING IS NOT CONSIDERED FINAL, LIVE, OR CONFIRMED UNTIL THIS INFORMATION IS RECEIVED BY IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom AND YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN ELECTRONIC BOOKING VIA E-MAIL AND A PAYMENT RECEIPT.


You will be asked to sign and return this contract before your booking is finalized and confirmed. It is required that the client sign and return a copy of this contract, as well as the credit card authorization form, back to IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom within 24 hours after the client has booked the service. Therefore, if client has booked the service on a Tuesday at 2:00 pm, the client has until Wednesday at 2:00 pm to return this information to IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom. If these forms are not completed and returned within 24 hours after the client has booked, client’s booking will be AUTOMATICALLY cancelled. YOUR BOOKING IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION FROM IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom, WHICH YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE UNTIL IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom HAS RECEIVED YOUR COMPLETED CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM AND CONTRACT.


NOTE: PLEASE BE SURE TO INITIAL THE BOTTOM OF EACH PAGE AND TO PRINT NAME, SIGN, AND DATE THE LAST PAGE. THIS MUST BE COMPLETED IN FULL TO BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE.

 

IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom is authorized to bill to your credit card on file for the full service amount due, as in accordance with the following terms:  

 

Please note our Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read all of the information presented and that you contact a customer care representative if you need further clarification. You will be held responsible for the conditions listed here beginning at the time your booking is made. You will also be provided with a copy of these Terms and Conditions in your e-mail confirmation verification. Please note that you will be responsible for these Terms and Conditions even without the presence of a written or signed consent / signature. Services rendered, even in the case of a “no show” will serve as acknowledgement for all of the Terms and Conditions herein. The credit card that you have provided IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom will be billed in accordance to our Terms and Conditions and according to the service pricing. You are providing IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom your credit card information with this knowledge. 


PLEASE NOTE that these Terms and Conditions apply to ALL reservations made with IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you need any clarification regarding our Terms and Conditions, please feel free to contact one of our customer care representatives. Terms and Conditions may change at ANY TIME, therefore, for the most up-to-date information, please refer to a Customer Care Representative.



PLEASE NOTE: Beginning November 1, 2015 ALL pick-up and drop-offs made to/from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and/or Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA) will have an additional $4.00 fee added onto all applicable service charges. This fee is being added due to a new regulation imposed on all Limousine Transportation Service providers by the Airport Authority. This fee is non negotiable. We thank you for your cooperation and continued business!


IVENTURES, LLC DBA GROUNDZOOM:

IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom enables users of IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom’s website (and phone bookings) to arrange and schedule transportation and/or logistics services with third party providers of such services, including independent third party transportation providers and third party logistics providers under agreement with IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom or certain of IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom’s affiliates ("Third Party Providers"). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IVENTURES, LLC DBA GROUNDZOOM DOES NOT PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION OR LOGISTICS SERVICES OR FUNCTION AS A TRANSPORTATION CARRIER.


IVENTURES, LLC DBA GROUNDZOOM DOES NOT PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, AND THE COMPANY IS NOT A TRANSPORTATION CARRIER. THE COMPANY OFFERS INFORMATION AND A METHOD TO CONNECT DRIVERS AND PARTIES SEEKING TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, BUT DOES NOT AND DOES NOT INTEND TO PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES OR ACT IN ANY WAY AS A TRANSPORTATION CARRIER, AND HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY TRANSPORTATION SERVICES PROVIDED TO YOU BY THIRD PARTIES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, COMPANIES, AND/OR ANY OTHER PERSON(S)/COMPANY(S).


AGREEMENT BETWEEN IVENTURES, LLC DBA GROUNDZOOM AND THIRD PARTIES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, COMPANIES, AND/OR ANY OTHER PERSON(S)/COMPANY(S):

IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom has entered into the following agreement with all third parties, affiliates, contractors, companies, and/or any other person(s)/company(s) in order to connect/contract their services with you. This agreement is being passed onto you as the agreement made between IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom and all third parties, affiliates, contractors, companies, and/or any other person(s)/company(s). All applicable fees are paid directly to the third parties, affiliates, contractors, companies, and/or any other person(s)/company(s) as facilitated by IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom.

IN NO EVENT SHALL IVENTURES, LLC DBA GROUNDZOOM BE LIABLE TO ANYONE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY TYPE OR KIND (INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, USE OR OTHER ECONOMIC ADVANTAGE). IVENTURES, LLC DBA GROUNDZOOM AND/OR ITS LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY WHICH MAY BE INCURRED BY YOU, INCLUDING BY NOT LIMITED TO LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE SERVICE OR SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR SOFTWARE, ANY RELIANCE PLACED BY YOU ON THE COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY OR EXISTENCE OF ANY ADVERTISING, OR AS A RESULT OF ANY RELATIONSHIP OR TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND ANY THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, COMPANIES, AND/OR ANY OTHER PERSON(S)/COMPANY(S).

IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom may introduce you to third parties for the purposes of them providing you with transportation services. We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations as to the actions or conduct of such third parties. IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom will not intervene in any disputes between you and such third parties. We cannot and will not play any role in managing payments between you and such third party parties. Responsibility for the decisions you make regarding transportation services offered via the Website, Phone Query, or Service (with all its implications) rests solely with you. You agree that it is your responsibility to take reasonable precautions in all actions and interactions with any third party you interact with through the Service.

The transportation services that is provided to you, which is scheduled through the Service, Website, or Phone, is fully and entirely your responsibility. You understand, therefore, that by using the Software, Website and the Service, you may be introduced to third parties that may be potentially dangerous, and that you use the Website, Phone Queries, and the Service at your own risk.


DISCLAIMERS; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; INDEMNITY.

DISCLAIMER.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." IVENTURES, LLC DBA GROUNDZOOM DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, NOT EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN ADDITION, IVENTURES, LLC DBA GROUNDZOOM MAKES NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR GUARANTEE REGARDING THE RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, QUALITY, SUITABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY SERVICES OR GOODS REQUESTED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICES, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. IVENTURES, LLC DBA GROUNDZOOM DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SUITABILITY, SAFETY OR ABILITY OF THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS. YOU AGREE THAT THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, AND ANY SERVICE OR GOOD REQUESTED IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, REMAINS SOLELY WITH YOU, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

IVENTURES, LLC DBA GROUNDZOOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RELATED TO, IN CONNECTION WITH, OR OTHERWISE RESULTING FROM ANY USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF IVENTURES, LLC DBA GROUNDZOOM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IVENTURES, LLC DBA GROUNDZOOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LIABILITY OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF: (i) YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICES OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; OR (ii) ANY TRANSACTION OR RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND ANY THIRD PARTY PROVIDER, EVEN IF IVENTURES, LLC DBA GROUNDZOOM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IVENTURES, LLC DBA GROUNDZOOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DELAY OR FAILURE IN PERFORMANCE RESULTING FROM CAUSES BEYOND IVENTURES, LLC DBA GROUNDZOOM'S REASONABLE CONTROL.


IVENTURES, LLC DBA GROUNDZOOM'S SERVICES MAY BE USED BY YOU TO REQUEST AND SCHEDULE TRANSPORTATION WITH THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS, BUT YOU AGREE THAT IVENTURES, LLC DBA GROUNDZOOM HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY TO YOU RELATED TO ANY TRANSPORTATION, GOODS OR LOGISTICS SERVICES PROVIDED TO YOU BY THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS.


THE LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMER IN THIS SECTION 5 DO NOT PURPORT TO LIMIT LIABILITY OR ALTER YOUR RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.


INDEMNITY.

You agree to indemnify and hold IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees), arising out of or in connection with: (i) your use of the Services or services or goods obtained through your use of the Services; (ii) your breach or violation of any of these Terms; (iii) IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom's use of your User Content; or (iv) your violation of the rights of any third party, including Third Party Providers.


RATE & PAYMENT TERMS:

RATES AND PAYMENT TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Prices are subject to change without notice. Typos on website and/or this contract, whether rates or spelling errors are exactly that and will be fixed upon bringing to IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom’s attention. 


You understand that use of the Services may result in charges to you for the services or goods you receive from a Third Party Provider ("Charges"). After you have received services or goods obtained through your use of the Service, IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom will facilitate your payment of the applicable Charges on behalf of the Third Party Provider, as such Third Party Provider's limited payment collection agent.


Payment of the Charges in such manner shall be considered the same as payment made directly by you to the Third Party Provider. Charges will be inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Charges paid by you are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom.


All Charges are due immediately and payment will be facilitated by IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom.


As between you and IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom, IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom reserves the right to establish, remove and/or revise Charges for any or all services or goods obtained through the use of the Services at any time in IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom's sole discretion. Further, you acknowledge and agree that Charges applicable in certain geographical areas may increase substantially during times of high demand. IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom will use reasonable efforts to inform you of Charges that may apply, provided that you will be responsible for Charges incurred, regardless of your awareness of such Charges or the amounts thereof.


You may elect to cancel your request for services or goods from a Third Party Provider within a designated time frame (see our Cancellation Policy below) prior to such Third Party Provider's arrival, in which case you may be charged a cancellation fee (see our Cancellation Policy below).


This payment structure is intended to fully compensate the Third Party Provider for the services or goods provided.


ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENTS & ACCEPTANCE POLICY:

We accept all major credit cards. We do NOT accept personal checks. You may be asked to sign and submit a Credit Card Authorization form before services can be booked. Please consult with an agent for more information.


ENSURED PAYMENTS:

All reservations are subject to an ensured payment, therefore, a credit card number WILL be taken at the time the reservation is made. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY! This credit card will be billed if no prior cancellation is received or in the case of a no show (see below for more details). This credit card will be used in said cases, even if client has specified a different payment method at time of pick up, as this is the credit card which was used to reserve, hold, and book your vehicle. You are providing this credit card information with this knowledge, as it is at your discretion to provide IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom with this information in order to hold your vehicle and place your booking. You may specify a different payment method (to pay the driver directly at the time of pick up), however, in order for IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom to reserve a vehicle for you, we MUST take credit card information at the time of booking. If credit card information is not provided by the client at the time of booking, IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom reserves the right to refuse service and a vehicle will NOT be reserved. NO EXCEPTIONS! 


PAYMENT IN FULL:

With regard to Hourly (which can mean that the vehicle was actually used by the customer, group, or passengers on an hourly basis or that the pricing of the vehicle is based on an hourly basis and/or rate) (on ANY vehicle type) and Specialty Vehicle reservations: payment in full for the estimated amount of service will be taken at the time of booking. Any applicable excess charges will be billed after the service has been completed. 50% of the estimated payment, which is taken in full at the time of booking, is absolutely non-refundable. See below for IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom’s policy regarding deposits. If service is cancelled within the appropriate cancellation time frame (see below for details on IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom’s cancellation policy for Hourly and Specialty Vehicle reservations), then IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom will refund only the portion of the payment amount collected, which does not include the non-refundable deposit. For example, if the client’s total estimated amount of service was $1000.00, then $500.00 would be considered the 50% non-refundable deposit and the other $500.00 would be considered the remaining balance. If the reservation is cancelled by the client within the appropriate time frame, then only $500.00 would be refunded to the original payment method used to collect the initial payment. Client cannot and will not be refunded the 50% non-refundable deposit of the total estimated booking cost. No exceptions.


With regard to Non-Hourly and Non-Specialty Vehicle reservations: In some cases, credit card will not be billed until after the trip has been completed, in order to account for all applicable charges. In other cases, credit card will be billed 2 hours prior to scheduled pick up time (the time frame at which point cancellations are no longer honored or accepted, please see below for more details). For details regarding which category your pick up falls under (either being billed after trip has been completed to take into consideration all applicable charges or whether credit card will be billed 2 hours prior to pick up time, please contact an IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom representative). 


For any clarification regarding this policy, please contact an IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom representative. The credit card will be billed in full if no prior cancellation is received. Please note our cancellation policy below.  Credit Card on file required for ALL reservations. Customer agrees to pay any unforeseen charges e.g. extended service time (hourly), extra destinations, waiting time, parking and tolls.


VEHICLE AVAILABILITY:

All vehicles are SUBJECT TO availability (before (during client inquiries) and after booking (confirmations))! This agreement may be cancelled / modified at any time at the discretion of IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom. Please note that all vehicles are subject to availability. IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom reserves the right to cancel the agreement based on these conditions if for any reason a vehicle becomes unavailable due to any issue (up to and including maintenance issues, vehicle issues, damages, etc.). IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom will not be held liable in a case where a vehicle becomes unavailable due to any issues outside of IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom’s control. IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom will do its best, at any time a vehicle becomes unavailable to a client after booking, to contact said client immediately at any of the information client has provided to IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom (i.e., via e-mail, phone, etc.) IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom will do its best to offer vehicle alternatives and/or substitutions in any case where a vehicle becomes unavailable after booking. Each circumstance is unique and varies depending on the situation. For clarification or assistance, please contact an IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom representative.   


CLIENT ISSUES/DISSATISFACTION WITH SERVICE:

It is the client’s responsibility to contact IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom directly during the time of service with any complaints and/or issues experienced by said client. Client should contact IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom immediately at 1-703-340-4439, not via e-mail, as a telephone call will connect the client with an IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom representative in real time. Client must actually speak with an IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom representative at 1-703-340-4439 while the actual service in question is taking place for the complaint, comment, and/or feedback to actually be considered. Client cannot assume and/or request that the driver contact IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom regarding the issue, as this will not be considered as valid or in compliance with the client’s responsibility to contact IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom directly at 1-703-340-4439. A complaint and/or issue made known to the driver by the client will not be considered in compliance with this policy, as only an IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom telephone representative has the authority to make a decision and/or proceed with an action to assist with solving the client’s complaint and/or issue. IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom has a recorded call log of every single call being made to / from 1-703-340-4439 and is kept on file as a record. Also, all calls being made to / from 1-703-340-4439 are voice recorded and kept on file as a record.


IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom is unable to rectify any issues incurred if IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom is not notified directly by the client of an issue. These issues can include anything up to and exceeding the following: issues with the driver, issues with the vehicle, i.e., air conditioning, routes taken, etc. IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom strives to provide the best service to its clients and would like the opportunity to fix any issues to the best of our ability, if present, during the time of service. If IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom is not notified of an issue while the service is taking place, then it is impossible for IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom to have the opportunity to attempt to fix the issue being experienced by the client. Feedback and comments are welcome from the client at any time; however, demands for refunds, any sort of discount, and/or compensation in any form made due to a complaint of service, which had not been brought to IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom’s attention during the time of service (directly from the client to a representative via phone at 1-703-340-4439, NOT directly from the client to the driver) cannot and will not be honored. No exceptions! Threatening and harassing an IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom representative at any time will not be tolerated. Using foul language, cursing, and profanity towards an IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom representative at any time will not be tolerated. All calls made to/from IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom are monitored and recorded. 

 

CLIENT CONTACT INFORMATION:

It is the client’s responsibility to provide IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom with correct contact information for the date of pick up (i.e., correct phone number, physical addresses, e-mail addresses, flight information, payment information, pick-up times, etc.) IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom is not at fault in a situation where the client has provided incorrect information. IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom sends booking confirmations, via e-mail, to the client in order to ensure that all information is correct before the scheduled pick-up. It is the client’s responsibility to review and confirm the accuracy of the information listed in the booking confirmation and to notify IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom of any changes, updates, inaccuracies, or adjustments. Failure of the client to do so is not the fault of IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom.


At the time of pick-up, please ensure that the phone number you have provided to IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom is turned on, available, and working. IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom is not at fault if the client fails to turn on their phone, has a non-working phone, or provides IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom with the incorrect contact phone number for the date of pick up. If the client does not hear from their driver or an IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom representative, or has a non-working phone, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom immediately at 1-703-340-4439. Failure to do so could potentially result in a “no show,” in which the client is charged for the full amount of service. 


MEET & GREET POLICY:

With regard to Airport and / or Train Station Pick-Ups: If the client has not paid for or requested inside meet-and-greet, your driver will meet you outside. Please clarify as to where the driver will meet you with a customer care representative, as this information differs between airports / train stations.


Meet and Greet is available upon request in the baggage claim for $15.00, in addition to the private car rates, taxes, fees, and gratuity.


AIRPORT AND/OR TRAIN STATION ARRIVAL STATUS:

With regard to Airport and / or Train Station Pick-Ups: Flight / Train information will be taken at the time of the booking. Our dispatching team will monitor the status of your flight / train in order to keep track of early arrivals and / or late arrivals. Your driver will be on location based on this information. It is the client’s responsibility to notify IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom of flight changes, i.e., if client boards another flight, changes flight, etc. it is the clients’ responsibility to notify IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom, otherwise, the driver will be on location based upon the arrival time of the flight / train number that the client has provided IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom. If the client requires a pick-up time, which is not based on the arrival of the clients’ flight / train, then the client must make that clear to an IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom representative prior to the time of pick up, otherwise, pick-up time will begin at the actual time of arrival of the clients’ flight / train, which was initially provided.


NO SHOW POLICY:

no show occurs when the client does not show up for the specified pick-up. A no show occurs when the client does not notify IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom of travel changes, flight changes, flight cancellations, plan changes, etc. If a client does not show up at the time of pick up, and has provided no previous updates or cancellations (please note that cancellations must be made within the appropriate time frame, please see below). The cancellation charge is set at 100% of the total estimated service charge (including taxes, fees, and gratuity). This amount can be found on your confirmation booking. This charge will be billed to the original payment method provided by the client to IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom at the time of booking. A no show occurs if a client enters a vehicle not sent by IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom. IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom will not be held responsible if a client enters the wrong vehicle (one not sent by IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom). If client is unsure whether the vehicle is the correct one (sent by IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom), client must confirm by calling us at 1-703-340-4439. All drivers have client’s information on them at the time they are assigned to client’s reservation, thereby preventing any confusion, misunderstanding, etc. as to which driver and vehicle has been assigned to said client. If at any time clarification is needed, client should utilize IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom’s toll free number. Refunds will not be honored in the case of a no show. No exceptions to this policy. No shows get billed to the credit card provided by the client at the time the booking was made. For clarification, please read our Ensured Payment policy above. 


50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

With regard to Hourly (which can mean that the vehicle was actually used by the customer, group, or passengers on an hourly basis or that the pricing of the vehicle is based on an hourly basis and/or rate) (on ANY vehicle type) and Specialty Vehicle reservations: 50% of the client’s estimated payment, which is taken in full at the time of booking, is absolutely non-refundable. If service is cancelled within the appropriate cancellation time frame (see below for details on IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom’s cancellation policy for Hourly and Specialty Vehicle reservations), then IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom will refund only the portion of the payment amount collected, which does not include the non-refundable deposit. For example, if the client’s total estimated amount of service was $1000.00, then $500.00 would be considered the 50% non-refundable deposit and the other $500.00 would be considered the remaining balance. If the reservation is cancelled by the client within the appropriate time frame, then only $500.00 would be refunded to the original payment method used to collect the initial payment (this $500.00 is the other half, or the non-deposit amount). If the client does not cancel within the appropriate time frame (see below for details on IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom’s cancellation policy) client will not only be ineligible for a refund on the 50% deposit, but will also be ineligible for a refund on the other half, or the non-deposit amount. Client cannot and will not be refunded the 50% non-refundable deposit of the total estimated booking cost. No exceptions.


CANCELLATION POLICY ON ALL VEHICLE TYPES AND RESERVATION TYPES:

All reservation cancellations (on Lincoln Town Car Sedans and SUVs, non-hourly reservations) are subject to a cancellation charge if cancelled less than two-hours in advance to the pick-up time. The cancellation charge is set at 100% of the total service amount (including taxes, fees, and gratuity). We require a 48-hour cancellation with regard to specialty vehicle reservations (any vehicle, including Lincoln Town Car Sedans and SUVs, that was reserved on an HOURLY basis (which can mean that the vehicle was actually used by the customer, group, or passengers on an hourly basis or that the pricing of the vehicle is based on an hourly basis and/or rate)). The cancellation charge is set at 100% of the total estimated service charge (including taxes, fees, and gratuity). This amount can be found on your confirmation booking. This charge will be billed to the original payment method provided by the client to IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom at the time of booking. Please note that the initial deposit made on specialty vehicle reservations (any vehicle, including Lincoln Town Car Sedans and SUVs, that was reserved on an HOURLY basis) are non-refundable, NO EXCEPTIONS. Any vehicle and/or service type not cancelled within the appropriate time frame will be absolutely ineligible for a refund on either the 50% non-refundable deposit (which is never refundable, no matter the circumstance) or the other half of the total service amount (including taxes, fees, and gratuity), which would be considered the non-deposit amount. Please see above for more details on our deposit policy for specialty vehicles. Please note that our cancellation policy changes during Peak Season. Please refer to a customer care representative to learn more about Peak Season Pricing, Terms and Conditions, and dates. 


STANDARD GRATUITY:

All reservations are subject to a 20% gratuity, which will be AUTOMATICALLY added IN ADDITION to your total service amount. Gratuity amount/rate is absolutely non-negotiable. IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom automatically adds said gratuity for the driver and this amount cannot be negotiated by the client based on their opinion of the driver. This gratuity covers the cost of payment to the driver for their time and service with the client and will not be negotiated. This amount is made clear to the client at the time of booking. This amount is calculated by adding an additional 20% to the total service amount and could increase based on excess usage of the vehicle, i.e., client using the service for additional time and/or additional service requests, as the 20% would now be added to the higher usage rate.


ADMINISTRATION FEE:

All reservations, on any vehicle type and on any vehicle service, are subject to a mandatory 5% administration fee in addition to the total service amount. This fee is non-refundable and non-negotiable.


PARKING & TOLLS

Client will be responsible for all parking and toll fees on any reservation (any vehicle type and on any vehicle service). These fees (if applicable) will be added in addition to the total service amount.


WAITING TIME:

Vehicle Service begins at the scheduled pickup time, or when the customer, group, or passengers enter the vehicle, whichever occurs first.


Client is to be charged $15.00 per each additional 15 minutes of wait time. With regard to airport pick-ups; The first 1/2 hour of your pick up time is considered a “grace period”, after the first 1/2 hour, client is to be charged $15.00 per each additional 15 minutes of wait time; time begins when the flight lands. With regard to all other pick-ups, time begins at the time specified for pick-up as indicated by the client; note that there is no 'grace period' for non-airport pick-ups. For exceptions/clarifications and/or concerns regarding this policy, please contact a customer care representative.


For hourly (which can mean that the vehicle was actually used by the customer, group, or passengers on an hourly basis or that the pricing of the vehicle is based on an hourly basis and/or rate) reservations, 15 minutes of service use past the hour will count as an additional hour and will be charged / billed accordingly. 


CAR SEAT POLICY:

The client must provide children with a car seat, in order to enjoy IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom’s services. IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom DOES NOT provide car seat services.


PEAK SEASON PRICING:

Peak Season pricing DIFFERS from what is presented on IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom’s, website. For Peak Season special pricing, please contact a customer care representative. Peak Season includes, but is not limited to, Prom Season, Wedding Season, Christmas, New Year, July 4th, Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Inauguration, etc. For a full listing of Peak Season dates, please contact a customer care representative.

 

CHARGES FOR LOCATIONS OUTSIDE OF IVENTURES, LLC DBA GROUNDZOOM’s MAIN SERVICE AREA:

For certain locations outside of IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom’s main service area, with regard to ALL BOOKINGS: hourly (which can mean that the vehicle was actually used by the customer, group, or passengers on an hourly basis or that the pricing of the vehicle is based on an hourly basis and/or rate), non-hourly, specialty vehicle bookings, and/or non-specialty vehicles (Lincoln Town Car Sedans and/or SUVs): Travel time to/from these locations from IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom’s and/or affiliate’s place of business will be calculated as additional hourly charges. These additional hourly charges are not considered as additional time for the client to use the vehicle. The travel time hours are strictly taken into account as travel time to/from the location outside of IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom’s main service area. They are not to be considered as additional hours in which the client can use the vehicle. On the client’s booking confirmation, they will be listed as additional Travel Time hours, NOT as additional usage hours for the client. For clarification on this policy and to find out specific locations that this policy applies to, please contact a customer service representative. If the client is traveling out of state (to or from), please contact IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom for a quote.


LATE NIGHT / EARLY MORNING PICK-UP POLICY:

Late Night/ Early morning pick-ups are subject to an additional charge; pick-ups made between the hours of 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM will have an additional $15.00 service charge added onto standard transportation cost. 


LARGER GROUP TRANSFERS:

IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom does offer group transportation in order to accommodate larger groups. Please feel free to contact IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom for a quote/proposal.


LOST ITEM POLICY:

IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom is not responsible for any lost items. If client feels that they may have left one of their belongings in an IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom and/or affiliate vehicle(s), please contact IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom immediately. Please allow at least a 24-hour response time in these cases. If an IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom driver has found a personal belonging in the vehicle, IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom will try its best to contact the client as soon as possible.


PAYMENT POLICY ON HOURLY JOBS FOR ALL VEHICLE TYPES:

With regard to Hourly Jobs (which can mean that the vehicle was actually used by the customer, group, or passengers on an hourly basis or that the pricing of the vehicle is based on an hourly basis and/or rate) on ANY vehicle type (Specialty Vehicle Rentals & Non-Specialty Vehicle Rentals (Lincoln Town Car Sedan(s) & SUV(s): THE ENTIRE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF SERVICE WILL BE TAKEN FROM THE PAYMENT METHOD PROVIDED BY THE CLIENT TO IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. 50% OF THIS PAYMENT IS THE NON-REFUNDABLE, which will be taken at the time of booking. This entire charge will be billed to the client’s provided payment method as soon as the booking has been confirmed (same date of confirmation). Please note that you WILL NOT receive a confirmation until IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom has received your completed Credit Card Authorization Form and Contract. After the trips have been completed, any applicable excess usage will be billed to take into account any incurred overages or additions. Standard Gratuity amount may increase based on excess usage: this amount is calculated by adding an additional 20% to the total service amount and could increase based on excess usage of the vehicle, i.e., client using the service for additional time and/or additional service requests, as the 20% would now be added to the higher usage rate. Administration Fee amount may increase based on excess usage: this amount is calculated by adding an additional 5% to the total service amount and could increase based on excess usage of the vehicle, i.e., client using the service for additional time and/or additional service requests, as the 5% would now be added to the higher usage rate.  If no overages occur after the trip has been completed, then no additional charges will take place on the payment method provided by the client to IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom. The 50% deposit is absolutely non-refundable, NO EXCEPTIONS. It is required that the client sign and return a copy of this contract, as well as the credit card authorization form, back to IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom within 24 hours after the client has booked the service. Therefore, if client has booked the service on a Tuesday at 2:00 pm, the client has until Wednesday at 2:00 pm to return this information to IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom. If these forms are not completed and returned within 24 hours after the client has booked, the client’s booking will be AUTOMATICALLY cancelled.

 

PAYMENT HOLDS:

Payment Holds: This is only applicable in a case/scenario where a hold is being placed on a payment method. This occurs only when/if an IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom representative makes it clear that it will pertain to the client’s booking. With regard to Hourly Jobs (which can mean that the vehicle was actually used by the customer, group, or passengers on an hourly basis or that the pricing of the vehicle is based on an hourly basis and/or rate) and Specialty Vehicle Rentals: On the actual date of service, client may notice a pending charge on client’s credit card for the total minimum hourly agreement of service. This is only a hold (not an actual charge) to ensure that the credit card on file is valid for the minimum charge amount agreed upon. The actual charge (i.e., additional hours, etc.) will be taken into account after services have been rendered and the exact total will be charged to the client’s payment method accordingly, dropping the hold from IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom’s system and the client’s credit card.


MAINTAINING SCHEDULE PROVIDED:

IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom will honestly try to maintain the schedule submitted by its client(s), customer(s), group(s), and/or passenger(s) after the client(s), customer(s), group(s), and/or passenger(s) first initial pickup, but such schedule is not guaranteed and IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom will not be liable for delays caused by incorrect itinerary information, last minute changes, traffic, acts of God, strikes, riots, airport and/or airline delays, airport and/or airline cancellations, and/or airport and/or airline issues, authorities of law, terrorists, hazards, dangers of inclement weather, hazardous road conditions, accidents, breakdowns or any other condition beyond IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom’s control. In the case of a vehicle breakdown, IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom must be contacted immediately by the client at 1-703-340-4439 so that accommodations and appropriate actions can be taken. IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value in the event of mechanical difficulties or scheduling reasons. 


ILLEGAL ACTIVITY:

IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom does not allow any client(s), customer(s), group(s), and/or passenger(s) to use the vehicle for any activity that is illegal. IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom reserves the right to terminate service and charge the full amount of service if the driver finds any client(s), customer(s), group(s), and/or passenger(s) in the vehicle conducting illegal activity or with any illegal substance.

 

VEHICLE DAMAGE:

Client(s), customer(s), group(s), and/or passenger(s) are responsible, in full, for any damage(s) to the vehicle and equipment as well as any excessive clean up fees, which may be assessed for trash, unsanitary debris, regurgitation, gum, smoking, spills left in the vehicle, etc. Excessive clean up fee, damage and repairs shall have a minimum charge of $199.00. Physical damage done by the client(s), customer(s), group(s), passenger(s) will result in an additional assessment for repair parts and labor. Client(s), customer(s), group(s), and/or passenger(s) will be responsible for this amount in full. Broken or missing bar glasses will result in a replacement charge of $15.00 each.


RIGHT TO USE AFFILIATES FOR ANY SERVICE:

IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom reserves the right to use any of its affiliates to contract or subcontract any client(s)’, customer(s)’, group(s)’, and/or passenger(s)’ reservation(s)/booking(s)/request(s). IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom has the right to farm-out any client(s)’, customer(s)’, group(s)’, and/or passenger(s)’ reservation(s)/booking(s)/request(s) to any affiliate, which IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom works with. IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom has the right to use any affiliate vehicles and/or affiliate drivers to contract or subcontract any client(s)’, customer(s)’, group(s)’, and/or passenger(s)’ reservation(s)/booking(s)/request(s). IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom has the right to set the pricing as IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom sees fit on any passenger(s)’ reservation(s)/booking(s)/request(s) when using and/or contracting and/or subcontracting any client(s)’, customer(s)’, group(s)’, and/or passenger(s)’ to an affiliate company, driver, and/or vehicle.


CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION POLICY AT THE DISCRETION OF IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom:

IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom reserves the right to refuse service to any client(s), customer(s), group(s), passenger(s) based upon unruly conduct and/or verbal assault towards a representative of IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom made by a client(s), customer(s), group(s), and/or passenger(s). As IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom representatives maintain courtesy, professionalism, and empathy towards all of our clients, IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom expect that our clients maintain the same level of consideration towards IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom, our representatives, and affiliates. Profanity towards an IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom representative and/or affiliate will NOT be tolerated at any time. Degrading, humiliating, demeaning, dehumanizing, and shameful verbiage/speech directed towards an IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom representative and/or affiliate will NOT be tolerated at any time. Threatening, intimidating, blackmailing, and bullying towards an IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom representative and/or affiliate will NOT be tolerated at any time. As a business, IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom reserves the right to protect our representatives and/or affiliates from hurtful and demeaning speech/behavior. Therefore, if any client(s), customer(s), group(s), and/or passenger(s) exhibits any of these forms of behavior towards an IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom representative and/or affiliate, IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom reserves the right to refuse, deny, and/or cease to provide any form of services to that client(s), customer(s), group(s), and/or passenger(s).

 

IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom reserves the right to immediately terminate service without any refund to any party or person(s) who violates these Terms & Conditions / Contract. Failure of client to comply with these Terms & Conditions / Contract will result in termination of service, requiring payment in full with no exceptions! This agreement may be cancelled / modified at any time at the discretion of IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom.


CLIENT ACCOUNTABILITY / RESPONSIBILITY:

Client(s), customer(s), group(s), and/or passenger(s) will be held responsible to the agreement of all listed Terms and Conditions, as it has been made clear to the client(s), customer(s), group(s), and/or passenger(s) either / or: at the time of booking, through this actual contract, via e-mail through a booking confirmation at the e-mail address the client has provided, and/or at IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom’s website at either: www.groundzoom.com/Terms_and_Conditions.html  or www.groundzoom.com/Terms_and_Conditions.html IVentures, LLC DBA GroundZoom may assign these Terms without your consent to: (i) a subsidiary or affiliate

 

Receipt of services (whether client shows up for scheduled services or does not show up; "no show") also serves as an agreement with all statements as listed herein.


I have read and agree with the Terms & Conditions and all of the information written in this form. I understand that this form is a legally binding contract and by signing it, I agree with all of the above.
